      The company is built on good foundations, all the leadership team are very transparent and honest. There is opportunity to learn from so many members and the diversity in the teams makes it a great experience.

      Cons

      Because it is a start up, there is a period members have to wait for before being compensated.

      Great managers and great place to work in terms of the experience gained and it provides flexible working hours with no pressure anymore in addition to chance for improvement and promotions

      I like the team everyone is great to work with

      Cons

      After completing a three month internship program it was mentioned that there will be an opportunity for a full time. But then the full time agreement continues to be unpaid.
