Flexible and scope of growth

I have not experienced anything.

The team is filled with really smart and nice people. Everyone is working towards the same objectives and supports one another. The company is guided by solid ethics frameworks and tries to push the industry to work more responsibly. The company is also fully remote and very flexible and accommodating of life.

The company is still pretty small and young, so processes, ways of working, and culture are all still being established and a work in progress!
