NA - Software Development Engineer (SDE) Pardeux Employee Review

Remember that I'm working for pardeux while writing this comment and it's the business that ask me to write a comment. Even so i will write a truthful comment. Also the speaking language at the office is French by the way, even if my review is in English. PROS : Can work from home (with an office available for coworking) Fun and diversified projects to work on Teammates are nice and friendly, people work really well together Business is welcoming and will properly train new employees Really good place for junior developers Business will to listen to employees and try to react to it

CONS Don't see people face-to-face, enough Hours must fulltime, 5 days a week, cannot work less Not enough worker training for web developer after initial training Employe's desk in the workspace is dark and dim (windows only on close office) Developper sometime work with standalone authoring tool (can be really boring) ADVICE If you want to work here, ask for what you want (salary/vacation) or else you will have the minimum required Don't think you will become a good website developer here, we don't do website, only e-learning course (You will still learn HTML/CSS/JS) Talk to the senior developer, he is an awesome guy

Working at pardeux is really fun, it's always interesting to work in different areas as the projects are so diverse, but most of all, what makes pardeux unique is its team and its people. They are a wonder to collaborate with, everyone is always present and no questions are left unanswered. I live far away from the office, but the work-from-home policy has made that completely hassle-free.
