Pros
As a customer service representative, I felt very empowered. We dealt directly with customers and learned a lot about computer technical support and soft skills (how to handle customers). We get free meals every friday, free coffee, many activities (free movie tickets), and an excellent support from HR, managers, and supervisors. I worked for many call centers and that is the only one where I truly felt happy to go back to work every morning. They were also very flexible with my schedule, which allowed me to take classes on specific days. The environment is great and the staff is truly nice and happy to be there. The company also participates in many fund raising (blood donation, world vision, etc.), and take proactive steps to reduce their ecological footprint.
Cons
Sometimes irate customers can be difficult to handle, but the supervisors truly help us develop our soft skills to handle any situation.
