Pros
There's a clearly articulated growth path with the expectation framework. Salaries are transparent and uniform by level (slight variations by geographical location to match local salaries and address cost of living). Strong emphasis on individual growth paired with formal and informal mentorship. In addition to Roth and Traditional 401(K) contributions, they allow for After Tax 401(K) contributions as well! There are holidays in addition to PTO. The office is very welcoming - there's an emphasis on empathy, connection, reinforcing a sense of safety as you are challenged to learn and do new things.
Cons
I would say this varies by your office. If there isn't a lot of local work, you may be working remote and possibly in an individual capacity (as opposed to a co-located team), but not always. The review process is taken very seriously - you are reviewed every 6 months and given a few new areas to improve on. This requires a degree of vulnerability and self-awareness, which can be a bit painful for some people.
