Leadership fails to "practice what they preach" Laid off front-line consultants during pandemic after asking them to take pay cuts so that they wouldn't have to be laid off. Leadership chose to keep back-office (e.g., office managers, on payroll and hire incoming college hires, while firing consultants who were doing billable work and bringing in revenue for the company.
