Pros
-When Pariveda says it hires the best, it means it. The people here are very bright and highly motivated, but not cut-throat. Getting to working with these people is the best thing about my job. -Very clearly defined expectations with potential for rapid career growth. Feedback is frequent and detailed, and if you're good you will be rewarded and promoted accordingly. In addition, Pariveda won't hesitate to give you responsibility if you've proven your mettle, even if you're young and don't have much past experience. Pariveda is very big on developing its people and giving you the opportunity to grow. -The company culture is strong and is designed to support the Pariveda mission. It may be a young company, but it's clear that a lot of thought went into the founding of Pariveda. -Transparency from top to bottom. Salaries, company financials, important decisions, and future plans are communicated to all employees on a regular basis. -Being involved. The company is employee-owned, and it is young and growing rapidly. Here at Pariveda, I feel that I am really helping to build something special.
Cons
-Expect to work 45-50 hours a week, with some weeks higher depending on the project. -There are a lot of "extra-curricular" expectations (training, networking, community service, internal projects, etc.)
