Where to start?
As the review title states, the employees at ParkMan are being treated as nothing more than resources to get the work done. A good example of this is that the events held by the company were seen (by the management) as something "they have to do, ugh", not something that contributes to the wellbeing of the employees.
During my time at ParkMan, it was made very clear that whatever the CEO says goes, and if you don't agree, you're out. This was emphasized as early as during the first job interview, when the CEO bragged about how many people he had fired, which further proves the point.
The management had time and again proven that the way they want to lead is by intimidation and fear (and ignorance), manipulating the employees to do what they want. The manipulation was carried out in many forms, mostly in lies, empty promises, and threats of being fired.
The topic of workplace bullying was brought up on a regular basis by the employees, and even somewhat recognized by the management, but no changes were made and the bullying continues to this day.
The worst part in all of this is the fact that the management is trying to cover up this whole thing. It has come to the point where some of the reviews here on Glassdoor have been written by the management (guess which), which furthermore contributes to the argument that manipulation is a key driver in the company.
