Pros

- Good people - Good office - Flexible working hours - You can see all company processes - You can see, how your work (contribution) affects company success - You grow up professionally and get new skills - New ideas are welcome, if they meet the reality (they are acceptable for others and there are resources to implement them) - There is good potential for company growth - Stable business model - Salary is always negotiable, if you feel, that you do more and do things better.

Cons

- Company still setting up many processes, as team is growing - Not much additional benefits (they supposed to be included to your salary) - This is still not big company, so more business risks then in big companies. But company has clear understanding on how to explore new markets and develop. If it works, there will be big success and everyone will be part of this success.

Thanks for the positivity. I am a strong believer in the next 12 months. We have most of the "growth pains" in the past now, and team feels very solid. Thank you for being a part of it.

Pros

One of the best parts of ParkMan is the culture. People are smart, friendly, and excited about the job they are performing. Work-life balance is great, management is generally supportive and understanding. I worked remotely but still felt as an important part of the team and was involved in the daily updates, slack conversations, etc. My manager trusted me and gave me freedom to move on my own, I did not feel micromanaged (and I liked that!).

Cons

Not having an office or a team at my work place was difficult at times, especially because of some benefits that I couldn't access like insurance or 401k.

Pros

Team spirit is on a very high level as well as the working environment. ParkMan genuinely cares about employee well-being and hosts frequent team-building events, virtual and in-person, that help foster connection across departments. The culture is ambitious — teams are passionate, motivated, and always pushing to innovate and improve. At the same time, leadership clearly values people as more than just their output.

Cons

Sometimes there are too many opportunities to get involved — which can feel overwhelming if you don’t set boundaries. It’s great that leadership encourages growth and cross-functional collaboration, but it’s important to prioritize
