Pros
Free campsite if in a rig Free water, power, propane, garbage disposal, and septic Amazing coworkers who you get to live with
Cons
-If management doesn’t like you or you get on their bad side, you get awful shifts -Constant inconsistency -Either overworked or overstaffed -No relationship with a CEO that is constantly visiting -Protocol changes around the clock -Unfair pay -Racism, sexism, transphobia -Management doesn’t care about employees or guests -Management spreads rumors about you if you leave -Management is incompetent -It doesnt matter how experienced you are, if you’re younger than 35 then they don’t listen to anything you say -No real communication between management if though it’s a married couple -District managers are power hungry -Prioritizing guests over employees and taking their word over employees -Big employee turn over Don’t work here. Direct management is incompetent and district management is worse. HQ is a cesspool as well. It’s only worth it if you’re a near-middle-aged +, cisgender, white man/woman. Better if you’re straight because district management is homophobic.
