Company needs stronger leadership - Anonymous employee Participant Media Employee Review

This job was awesome, very sad it is closed.

No cons, I will not spit on the grave of the dead.

Participant was great for seeing incredible films and television come to life and had great people to work with depending on what team you were on.

The pay was terrible for anyone under Manager title, the turnover during the last few years was high, and the founder ended up closing the company.
