Pros

Overall I loved my clients that I worked with on a daily or weekly basis and developed excellent relationships with them that enabled me to do my job better. The pay was decent as long as you never expect any kind of raise outside of your yearly minuscule increase.

Cons

Training and communication from PMs and TDs left more than a little to be desired. There is little to no proper training and you are often left to asking coworkers how to do something which can lead to a large amount of confusion. When PMs and TDs were approached about issues with training it often fell on deaf ears and if you were lucky and email about any changes to process and procedures would go out. The issue is then you can often think you are doing something correctly and months later find out it’s been wrong all along. Massively over worked and expected to perform within 8 hours every day but then asked why you didn’t stay to get your work done and when you do stay you are chastised.

Pros

Partner has been a great place to grow my career. One of the things I've appreciated most is the flexibility to explore different opportunities, figure out where your strengths are, and build a career path that fits your interests. The company genuinely cares about its employees and puts a lot of focus on professional development, mentorship, and long-term growth. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and hardworking without feeling rigid. As we've grown, I've been impressed by how committed the company has remained to its values and mission.

Cons

The biggest challenges have come from growth, which is a good problem to have. As the company continues to expand, there are times when processes, systems, and communication need to catch up with the pace of the business. Most of these are normal growing pains, but they can create occasional inefficiencies along the way.
