Pros
The company is solid. Great product, great industry. The customers get a good ROI for what they pay for.
Cons
The company is sales-led to a fault. The account and BD people are helpless at maintaining customer relationships and closing new clients themselves. The tech and marketing staff outside of sales carries the brunt of the work and doesn't get the credit. Often, they are asked to "manage" clients when the account managers are failing. The imbalance of labor and poor pay makes working there a bad idea overall.
