-responsive upper management -good collaborative efforts -open door policy -good attempts at boosting employee morale through extracurricular events, groups, etc

-EXTREMELY non-competitive salary & benefits. salary is not livable for the US in general, let alone Southern California -the "entry level" employees tend to be clique-ish -being a typical insurance agency, there isn't much room for advancement or "moving up"

Great culture and people. They're friendly and outgoing people in the office and overall good-natured. The drama is kept to a minimum.

The pay per position is definitely way under what is expected as well as their benefits packages. Way below competitive in that respect.
