      great coworkers, great supervisors — I love my team and the people I work with. the clients are fun too. lots of growth for leadership opportunitues.

      Cons

      ABA is exhausting and being understaffed is even worse. it’s hard showing up every day for a job that doesn’t take care of your mental health

      Not easy to accrue pto and it is not separate from sick time.
