Pros

This company will be great if you join as a consultant.

Cons

Being a consultant great - you will be treated like a king, work in the office and you are screwed. here is what it's like working at the "PIP" office, you don't get paid overtime - especially if you work during Christmas - have you ever heard of holiday loading?, you only earn your sick days and don't even think about joining in, cause they have already formed groups which you will only fit in if your of a white ethnicity - Want to complaint to HR about racism or harassment too bad they are also part of the group that values friendship more than a right workplace. I have worked in many places - but never one as bad as this. The turnover rate is very high. I honestly don't understand why they have such a long interview process cause 60% of the people they hire don't know how to use basic computer skill as connecting to wifi, printing and don't know outlook.
