Pros: Tech is good, and most of the things are already automated so not much effort is required to build a thing. Hence, less growth
Cons
Cons: It was once a very good place to work, people were great and helpful. The amount of work was also decent. Even if sometimes the work was too much, we do it happily without complaints because people were there to appreciate our hard work, until the new CTO came and destroy everything. He thinks everyone who worked and spends more time in this company is stupid, he doesn't listen to any other person's opinion and does what he thinks is right as a result everyone is leaving the company. A good place is made by good people and this company was once a positive place to work but now it is filled with negativity and politics. Funding is also bad, with only one increment in 2 years as a result my career is held back a year. There are not many senior people left that can help with your work.
