      You are working with clients who are truly lost and in their worst shape, you must have a strong heart as it can be tough to watch people go through addiction

      Pay is fair and average for the state.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Staff without licensure makes medical decisions. Negative work culture is encouraged/rewarded. Independent contractors are treated like w2 employees without the benefits.
