Great people to work for. Plenty of hours.

Inconsistent work at times with low hours and sometimes layoffs

Some coworkers and a few leaders were okay.

Most engineering just chatted all day about nonsense in the break room. Creating timing issues on projects, and adding more work to the efficient employees. Management would just ignore this and not fire anyone. Overpaid PMs and Work Unit managers. Pay is below standard. They may have newer facilities, but the people are stuck in the past.
