      Pros

      Passle has great people to work with as well as a very caring management team. I'm very happy with my time here.

      Cons

      Being a relatively small company there isn't really a hierarchy that you can work your way up (if that is the sort of thing that you want) but this isn't really a problem IMO.

      - Great work-life balance - Challenging but rewarding work - Great ownership & management - Plenty of opportunities for professional development & building a network in the legal industry

      Cons

      - Not many... May not be the best environment for someone in their first job who prefers constant guidance and structured tasks, as a degree of independence is expected.

      Fantastic work culture, work/life balance taken into account above all else. You have the ability to learn from people at the top at every opportunity. Any career development opportunities you require can be requested.

      Work in the UK is fully remote.
