Pros

They were all very sweet and kind during the entire process but after what they did I regret my time interviewing for a company like this.

Cons

They offered me a full-time position and I was only a week away from starting my new role at Passy Muir Inc. I was in New York to attend my graduation ceremony and the day after it they called up saying they are aware I expect higher pay and they believe I will not stick by the company for a long time and thus they declined my offer. I was all set to get my new chapter started right from paying my students loan to supporting my family. I wasn't very needy and tried on negotiating just once and I believed that it is professional and everyone does it. They did not do much about it but since the company goals and role was something I was passionate about I accepted the offer. Since I declined other roles I am back to the point I was before 6 months.

Pros

An excellent product that genuinely enhances people's lives, and a relaxed and pleasant work environment. The company has gone above and beyond to keep employees safe during the current pandemic. I consider myself very fortunate to work for a company that puts the well being of its employees and the patients who use its products above all else, including profits.

Cons

Nothing significant that comes to mind.

Pros

Opportunities to prove yourself, build your resume, and develop new skills. Even though I disagree with managerial style, company culture, and overall direction, most people here are good-hearted, talented, and I enjoyed my time getting to know them.

Cons

The truth is, most non-managerial employees are highly dissatisfied. Many higher-level employees dissatisfied as well and will voice it amongst each other, but not to those in positions of power. Results in a high turnover rate and submissive employees are retained who will not voice concerns, disagreements, or legitimate grievances. Kind of like a sinking ship where the band keeps playing until everyone drowns...queue the classical music
