      Consistently busy, great money, no server tip pool, good community amongst staff

      Cons

      Teetering on labor violations, management are amateurs, weak support staff, inconsistent accountability, lots of callouts due to burnout and overscheduling, hard to get time off

      You can get a reservation when you want. Feels a little chic.

      Cons

      Family meal is bad, management complain and don’t help. No mobility. You are a cog in the machine.
