Pros
None, other than a nice sales pitch. It's basically a shell to prey on people who are down on their luck looking for a decent opportunity.
Cons
They lie about jobs available to get you in and they try to pressure you into work you are overqualified for or pressure you to work in recruiting doctors and lawyers to join their organization. Very similar to Banker's Life and Casualty Insurance scam.
