It has been an amazing journey working for Pathos Communications. I started off as a PR Consultant, and the amount I’ve learnt from this company has been enormous. It’s really changed my perspective and the way I view all my previous employment. The HR team has always been there for me, making sure I’m happy in my job roles. I’ve been here for almost two years and have taken on more responsibility, which has been a real eye-opener into how effective and efficient the business model is. I would recommend Pathos to anyone looking for a dynamic and friendly environment, with career progression that matches the company’s ethos of building up their team and rewarding hard work. Not many businesses can say the same—I’ve worked in various roles and organisations, and Pathos has been a great journey.

Honestly, there aren’t any cons at all. I really enjoy working at Pathos Communications. If I had to mention something, it would be that because it’s such a dynamic workplace, every day feels different but in a good way
