Pros
Can get 3-day work week, good pay for the industry, management reasonable re: PTO sick time etc., team-based approach rooted in workplace culture at the site, current management is generally responsive
Cons
Rare training opportunities, rarely any coverage when understaffed which can go on for months, job creep, documentation bloat, poor division of responsibilities, special qualifications get no extra pay, contracted for tuition reimbursement with low-quality counseling program, not given laptops like employees in every other office, less educated staff tend to promote stigma (namely transphobia and addiction stigma)
