Okay for a recent college grad - Anonymous employee Pathways LA Employee Review

Like I said benefits are okay, not great. Coworkers can be catty and push each other down. Management is not supportive. Management is not trustworthy. Supervisor in one department does not know anything. They ask YOU for help when it should be the other way around. Pay is little for the work you do. They give you more than what you should be responsible for if they see potential.
