Pathways is a mental health clinic that provides a variety of services (e.g., ACTT, SAIOP, SACOT, MST, OPT, CST). Staff who directly provide the services truly care about their clients. A "professional family" is what staff refer to themselves as. Staff with credentials, licensure, etc. have ability to progress in the agency. The agency focused on improvement, having a vision for a mental health clinic of highest quality. Management is willing to work with staff who have personal lifestyle challenges that may interfere with work (e.g., being a single mother).
Cons
High turnover rate, low progression of agency quality and lack of sincere collaboration of those who directly provide services to those who engage in agency management (e.g., financial/billing controller, HR director).
