Good culture, bad management - Software Engineer Patriot Software Employee Review

Religion and political leans shared overtly from upper management (Mandatory meetings include prayers sometimes; obvious pressure for/against political candidates) Upper management lacks talent. Many senior leaders don't have any experience in the business area they lead. Strong sense of nepotism (leading to above note). Micromanagement was rampant. Upper management badmouths employees who have left or were terminated in the past openly.
