Pros
The employees are a good group of guys to work with.
The kitchen has free food, but it frequently runs out.
Used to have great benefits.
Get to travel.
Cons
The company is mismanaged and unclear of future direction.
The managers, not owners, have limited business experience to run the company.
You can ask for guidance or direction, you will almost never receive it. Owners will ask where a project stands which risks managers being mad at you, because of poor communication.
Travel is painful. Cheapest option possible, multiple people in the same room, and no compensation for extra work required to travel.
NOT a flexible workplace.
Poor communication between management and employees.
Always running in the red.
