The employees are a good group of guys to work with. The kitchen has free food, but it frequently runs out. Used to have great benefits. Get to travel.

The company is mismanaged and unclear of future direction. The managers, not owners, have limited business experience to run the company. You can ask for guidance or direction, you will almost never receive it. Owners will ask where a project stands which risks managers being mad at you, because of poor communication. Travel is painful. Cheapest option possible, multiple people in the same room, and no compensation for extra work required to travel. NOT a flexible workplace. Poor communication between management and employees. Always running in the red.

They do have some up and coming products like the Jet Boots.

The worst owners and management. They have no real direction about the companies growth. The don't have a real CFO and are always running in the red. Its a struggle to pay their personal each pay period. They are in much need of a full cost analysis from a third party to really show them how to cut cost and to really cut spending on R&D.
