Pros
Great people at lower levels and that is pretty much it. A group of people who are close because they support each other through the storm
Cons
Management doesn’t care about employees. They don’t listen to any process improvement recommendations. High pressure to the point of fear environment. Severely understaffed which helps their bottom line but at the expense of employee family life. Expect employees to work every weekend, week days to 8,9,10 pm.
