      Pros

      Great place to work...nice balance between work and life. Pay is good if you are willing to put in the hours and work hard. No egos. Everyone gets along well. A number of events after work for everyone to get together.

      No pension fund; average benefits package

      Pros

      Generous PTO policy and CFA education reimbursement benefits. Half day Fridays in the summer was a previous Slocum policy that was continued on at Pavilion as well.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great compared to other consulting firms and investment firms in Minneapolis. Long hours during quarter ends busy period.
