      Due to COVID-19, management felt that moving everyone immediately to a work from home environment in March 2020 would keep our workforce safe. We were successful by doing so and not a single employee became infected with COVID-19 for at least 18 months after the pandemic started. PayMaster will continue to be a work from home environment for the foreseeable future.

      Pros

      This is the most client & employee focused company to work for. From the CEO down, it is all about doing the right thing for the client, their employees and for us (the staff) with an emphasis on making business better for the client and fostering an environment at work that makes people feel empowered and energized. An incredible CEO who is ethical and encourages an open door policy. One of the kindest CEO's I have ever worked for.

      Growing fast always has its challenges but overall these are minor and can be easily adddressed
