Pros
No Pros There. It's the worst culture you can ever see in your entire life
Cons
The company suffers from a toxic management culture where employees are treated as resources rather than people. Personal boundaries, mental health, and work-life balance are consistently disregarded, with an implicit expectation of constant availability. Operational failures are common due to serious misalignment between teams, yet leadership responses tend to be reactive and blame-oriented. Instead of addressing root causes or improving processes, individuals are often singled out and held responsible for broader organizational failures. This creates a culture of fear rather than accountability or growth. Senior leadership communication—particularly within engineering—often lacks professionalism and respect, making collaboration difficult and damaging team morale. The HR function further amplifies these issues. HR interactions feel transactional and dismissive, as if employee compensation and support are favors rather than rights. Multiple new hires have reported negative onboarding experiences, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of seriousness in addressing concerns. Overall, HR does not function as a neutral or supportive partner for employees.
