      Pros

      There aren’t many but i will say that the payroll system used is very user friendly. When all the correct payroll info is provided it can be a smooth process.

      Cons

      Well there are several. If you want to work in an environment where you are being evaluated by your peers because management says “I can’t be out there to see it myself” that is cause for concern. No one in there is truly happy they are just doing what they must to keep a job. The management are blatant liars who tell you the company is growing but that cannot keep anyone. And if you like working in a dictatorship where you are talked down to like you are remedial this is the place for you! Also they don’t tell you about all the other pitfalls concerning the barrage of phone calls and having to have someone “cover” you just to take lunch. Not to mention the whispering and cliquish behavior by some of the workers.

      Pros

      PayPro HCS Management team cares about employees. My management team listens to my solutions and implements those solutions in a strategic plan to move toward the common and organizational goals. If my solution is not the best, we discuss among team members and work together cohesively so we can arrive at the best possible solution together. Our pay is competitive and the benefits are affordable. The owners show their appreciation by providing company outings, holiday parties, and lunch for our monthly meetings. It's very thoughtful. The lunchroom is stocked with water, coffee, tea, and even a few snacks. My co-workers smile and ask how each other are. On a personal note, I feel that the owners care about me as a person. I'm not just a number at PayPro. I'm nurtured as a whole person; not merely an employee.

      Cons

      Not many cons - even the coffee is great. : )
