PayPro HCS Management team cares about employees. My management team listens to my solutions and implements those solutions in a strategic plan to move toward the common and organizational goals. If my solution is not the best, we discuss among team members and work together cohesively so we can arrive at the best possible solution together.
Our pay is competitive and the benefits are affordable.
The owners show their appreciation by providing company outings, holiday parties, and lunch for our monthly meetings. It's very thoughtful.
The lunchroom is stocked with water, coffee, tea, and even a few snacks. My co-workers smile and ask how each other are.
On a personal note, I feel that the owners care about me as a person. I'm not just a number at PayPro. I'm nurtured as a whole person; not merely an employee.
