Pros
PayServ has a great culture and family feel. Management is fair and truly cares about the employees and their lives outside of the workplace. There is consistently great teamwork and everyone is willing to help each other with projects or tasks. Employees work together to find resolutions to any issues or to find solutions to client needs. There is a great atmosphere and it's fun to go to work. The owners genuinely care about their employees and are very open about their visions and goals for the company. They show exceptional leadership and are willing to mentor or coach any employee who is interested in growth, both personal and professional.
Cons
There are two offices very separated which sometimes makes it feel like there is a divide, but with conference and video calls, employees work well together.
