Pros
Interesting industry, very dynamic. Many and varied projects in every department. Possibility of inter-cultural know-how exchanges. Almost everything important is communicated in English language.
Cons
Long distance with other and own teams. Matrix organization, often communication is scarce and allows gossip. People-management issues, due to lack of time for such activity, many managers are hands-on (in fact they are team-leaders).
