1. Bad Office Politics. 2. Bad employee policy at unprecedented times. 3. Too much work pressure from sales who know literally nothing about how work is done. 4. No sense of respect for employees who perform nicely. 5. Utter rubbish policies by CXO level management. 6. There was a big pay disparity, some full-time employee makes less than contractual workers. 7. The management doesn't care about the loyalty of their employee, they will do nothing to retain you, absolutely nothing. 8. The CEO live in his own delusional world.
