After the global sell-off and the (false) claims on being listed - the company has lost all its Positives.. the good folks got lost in the re-org.. you're left with the ones who don't have any place else to go..
Cons
there is no work, they're never going to get listed, and everyone is just busy pretending that it is going to happen.. the Gurgaon office is unbearable as the people are outright unprofessional and uncivil.. HR Leadership is drawing heavy packages, while there are entire business units being asked to leave.. the leadership team is delusional, lacks vision and is highly uninspiring.. HR is running fake programs which neither add any value nor upholds meritocracy, while they continue to get promoted YOY..
