No value for employees No respect for employees decisions No vision from leadership, they keep on changing things any time and go on stagnant loop, with zero risk & innovation. Most disappointing part, they make employee work like hell and only promote same favourite people every year In this company there is not proportionate visibility of promotions, only favourites get and shine. Others in organisations have zero value. They will not fire you, but make you feel worthless every single day at work. It’s like a dead fish in stagnant water. Please don’t join this company, just for the sake of job. No transparency of Appraisal, performance reviews.
