      Pros

      No Drug testing. New kitchen appliances. Expensive coffee and cappuccino machines! Free, unlimited coffee. Near a WaWa.

      Cons

      Leadership is a nightmare. Luckily there is no drug testing, as the most senior manager, would fail. The once thriving and exciting company has now turned into an industry laughing stock. All because one partner decided he wanted to terminate three quarters of the employees, just to keep his lifestyle from declining. Epitome of greed.

      Pros

      Health Insurance is free. It's is through a self managed plan giving the insurees to deal with a smaller not up to date technologically but free for employees health insurance through Blue Cross of FL.

      Cons

      Company doesn't need you. They have a system that works and prints money so unless your extra special you won't last. There is no need to grow the business from the owners perspective.
