Pros
Very good discount, 20% all month, once a month you get one item at I believe 50% off, plus opportunities to earn "Payless bucks" you can put towards your purchase. Loved the girls that I worked with and my manager was very nice and flexible with the schedule.
Cons
Horrible pay. Starts at minimum wage and after a year my raise was not even twenty cents more. Company policy dictates that you must be in constant contact with every single customer, and be SELL SELL SELLING as much product as you possibly can. If this were a commission based company, that would be one thing. But working at minimum wage and being expected to basically harass all of the customers was too much. Advancement in the company is virtually non existent no matter how much time and effort you put into getting further into the company.
