Pros

They are okay with work life balance stuff.

Cons

Very high turnover of staff even for the compliance department. Higher management and above are not experienced enough to run the program. Lack of accountability from the program leaders when there is major operational failures (will blame everybody but themselves). Poor work systems and conditions when one system fails it cripples the whole operations. No sense of urgency when a tool or system is broken it can take a long time to fix. Lack of general compliance/AML/ financial crimes training. This product is a money launderers dream because of its products and poor prevention systems. The company does not pay a competitive salary for job they expect and set false expectations for the role they hire you for. Culturally this company is poor. They claim to be an American company but about 80% of their operations is based in Israel so be prepared to become an expert in Middle Eastern politics.
