Pros

-Decent Salary. -Ability to work remotely. -Flexible work schedule.

Cons

This company provides no direction to its employees. Management asks for opinions and suggestions but doesn't follow through with improvement. They hire friends of current employees/former co-workers it reminded me of a high school days. CEO is so busy that he hasn't met all employees and the company has less than 30 staff members. The morale here is low you are basically thrown to the shark to figure things out on your own. They have a high turnover rate and what they claim they do can literally be done for free. There is no job security and management is a joke.

Pros

I genuinely love working here. The company offers real growth opportunities, and hard work is recognized. Because we’re a smaller organization, leadership is accessible and your voice truly matters — you’re not just a number. I’ve been able to contribute ideas, help implement changes, and see the direct impact of my work. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive, which makes it an exciting place to grow professionally.

Cons

As a smaller and fast-growing company, processes are still evolving, which can sometimes create ambiguity or require extra flexibility. The pace is quick, and priorities can shift as the company scales. However, this is also part of the opportunity to help build and improve systems over time.

Pros

Remote position, as it is usually salaried, does have a work life balance as long as your deadlines are met and you are on-call for client meetings.

Cons

Remote - lack of communication from department heads/some isolation.
