Pros
Was a great company to be in. Lot of experience that I had in multiple departments. Lot of great consumer focusing products. That I was involved in. I could take lead. I could do experiments, and I could take charge of the things that I was given. I could be clear about the expectation and also could directly go to my manager and manager for any feedback or changes or change in direction or something that I'm gonna talk about. I also had a seat on the table with strategies involved for design, which is great for designers.
Cons
Mostly, there was a lot of work to be done and I had my manager change almost every ten to twelve months which was difficult for me to maintain a good relationship with managers. And, also, that affected my year end appraisal because every time my manager changed, they didn't know me well enough. I I also had to manage, expectations as per the changed manager. That also costed me a promotion. There were a lot of deadlines last minute. We were given a New Year campaign like, four days before New Year, and we had to present the final cut I think, on second January, which was very taxing and I had to cancel my New Year plans. But the campaign was great at the end. But planning wasn't a great part in the team.
