      Working in a team environment where most people are on-board striving for common goals. Allows freedom to excel if you put the effort in. Less red tape than other mining companies

      Cons

      Employee benefits not as good as other mining companies. Less emphasis on personal health and lifestyle and more focus on getting the job done
