Cons
Department managers only focused on revenue results - at the price of data integrity. Also, department managers failed to utilize each caregivers' (employee) core skills & abilities, thus creating a "chore only" chronic negativity in work environment. Failure to equip caregivers with the necessary tools to succeed just added to increasing stress levels/negative attitudes. Unrealistic production requirement policies that were not evenly enforced within department; end result - corporate bullying. Unwritten, vague, ever-changing department policies translated into management style of "running-by-the-seat-of-their pants. Corporate Mission & Values totally disregarded in decision-making.
