Pros

- The product solves big problems that genuinely transform the way that customers operate and creates massive value. - Colleagues within Customer Success are really helpful and supportive. Working cross-functionally with the sales team and data science team is awesome too. - Sustainable high performance is a core principle and there's genuine care for wellbeing. There's a focus on enjoying work not just doing work.

Cons

- There are some natural growing pains that come with being part of a hyper-growth SaaS company but there are opportunities to take personal OKR to help drive improvements. The leaders are very open to and accommodate new ideas. - Workload for a CSM can peak pretty significantly for 1-2 weeks but then it does always return back to normal levels.
