Pros
for those in marketing, it's a great place to start out and get experience. you'll learn a lot from working across multiple industries. the benefits are good (unlimited pto, 401k, paid holidays, 100% remote work) smart CEO monthly town halls to update the entire company on goals/client updates/praise for good work/knowledge share the culture is kind of cringe but at least they try :)
Cons
pay was low. however, like any employer, if you do a good job and your boss notices that, they will give you raises. the person i reported to was toxic so that kind of ruined my experience here. not the best place for growing since my co workers and I were promised "manager roles" but never got promoted.
