Pros
It is an easy job
Cons
The other employees, first off on my first night I had a question about logging my computer off and not one of the five people behind me would help me, even after I directly asked someone, couldn't be bothered. Employees vaping off in the corner, God knows what. It is a very "every man for himself atmosphere" because there are quotas you need to make. Here is the problem, I was scheduled for a four hour shift but the orders were all completed before the end of the shift so of course they have you clock out and go home. This issue with this is every time they hire a new person the orders will get filled quicker and quicker so everyone there makes less money. So as a new person you will not get a warm reception because you are the reason all the other employees are now making less. Also the manager I dealt with had a real chip on his shoulder when I needed to change a shift because the schedule is" done two weeks ahead". However I was only put on two days ago since I am a new employee, I also offered to work any other time during the weekend and was met with this nasty "you are lower than dirt" attitude. No thanks, keep your $11 an hour, it's not worth it between management and the employees.
