Pros
Great people. Your colleagues become your friends and you find yourself going out after work occasionally with them. Lots of Pearl activities throughout the year to keep work fun. Monday through Friday workweeks. Benefits ok. Can make money if you try hard, but expect to work longer hours- exceeding 40hr workweeks.
Cons
Management is good at telling you one thing, and then going back in their word. Sales goals are often unattainable with certain lines of business. Not a lot of room for growth outside of this position. Micromanagement if you are not hitting goals. Underpaid from area average. HR has told employees that they pay for the position, not for the employee. Employees are not valued for the work they do.
